Prompt Canvas · Tao of the Prompt

Direct the shot, not the syntax.

The prompt behind every frame, made readable — compare two frames word-by-word, edit the exact text, and resend it verbatim. Awa writes the words; you direct.

Prompt Canvas reading view inside the workspace

How it works

From frame to frame.

The prompt sits on the canvas — readable, comparable, editable, resendable. No more guessing what changed between two shots.

01

Open the canvas

Hit the Prompt toggle in the workspace action rail, or click the prompt excerpt in any frame's info drawer.

02

Read it like prose

One sentence per line in a serif reading view. [image1] tokens become chips. Flip Raw for a byte-exact copy.

03

Compare two frames

Pick a second frame from the strip — you get both thumbnails plus one merged prompt with a word-level diff.

04

Edit and resend

Edit the raw text; the send button shows an 'N words changed' badge and dispatches your wording verbatim.

What the canvas gives you.

More than a text box — a place to actually read and reason about prompts.

  • Sentence-per-line reading view at a comfortable measure
  • [image] reference tokens rendered as inline chips
  • Word-level diff between any two frames — green adds, red deletes
  • Edit the raw text and resend verbatim with enhancement off
  • Copy, Use as reference, Rerun, Compare, and a Raw toggle

Take the wheel on every prompt.

Stop gambling on loose wording. Read it, diff it, resend it — exactly.
