The Feedback inbox

One triage surface for all client feedback — and a one-click path from a client comment to the revision.

Updated 2026-06-11

The Feedback page is your global review inbox. Visual review rounds and concept review rounds from every brand land in one queue, with counts for unread work so you always know what needs attention. The home screen’s action queue surfaces the same items.

Working the queue

  • Filter by status, review kind (visual vs concept), and brand.
  • Each round card shows progress — reviewed/total, selected / needs-tweaks / pass tallies, unread count.
  • Card actions: open the public share round, jump to the source campaign, mark read, archive, or delete.
  • The notification bell in the top nav opens a quick version of the same inbox from anywhere, defaulting to unread.

From feedback to revision in one click

This is the loop that makes revisions the smallest part of the job. Open the campaign’s Feedback tab, find a comment marked "needs changes" — say, "the grass looks too green" — and hit reply. Dezygn switches to chat, focuses the exact image the client commented on, and pre-drafts the revision prompt with the client’s own words. No copy-paste, no hunting through email for the right file, no re-uploading.

Most of the time you send the draft as-is. Awa has the campaign context (it recalls the recent conversation) and client feedback is usually precise — "change this, not everything" — which is exactly what AI revises best. Good feedback in, one-shot revision out.
